Ryan Mallory
was raised in Siskiyou County, California
near the Oregon border. After
graduating from Weed High School and
completing the Associate of Arts transfer
program at College of the Siskiyous he moved
to Ashland, Oregon to pursue his education
at Southern Oregon State College (now
University).
Ryan began his corporate marketing
and technical career by serving five years
with at American Telecasting / Sprint, a
cable television provider credited with
launching the first high-speed Internet
service in the Rogue Valley area of Southern
Oregon. He served as Regional Sales &
Marketing Manager for the Northern
California / Southern Oregon Region and
later as Regional Technical manager in the
same areas. He held responsibilities
with three offices in Medford, Oregon,
Redding, California, and Yuba City,
California that served cable television to
over 32 zip codes and high-speed Internet
connections to 12 zip codes.
Later in his career, Ryan was hired
to serve as the Regional Operations
Manager
for Internet Ventures, Inc., a Nevada
Corporation providing Internet Connection
and Web Hosting Services in the Western
United States. His responsibilities
included the management of all business
operation and staff members in Medford,
Ashland, Grants Pass, and Klamath Falls,
Oregon offices.
Ryan eventually implemented the sale
of IVI Communications' Southern Oregon
holdings to Prime Time Ventures, LLC.
He was kept on to consolidate all four
Internet Service Providers into one business
-
InfoStructure.
He assisted the new owners with converting
the business into Telephone Company.
After serving approximately a decade with
the same businesses,
Eventually retiring
from the corporate communications world to
pursue his family business interests, Ryan now works full time as the primary
principal of iOR Consulting &
Design. He still works closely with
InfoStructure on a consulting basis. The business you are reading
about is the culmination of almost two
decades of consulting under his name,
Mallory Consulting and iOR Consulting.
Volunteering time to help non-profit
businesses, schools and community efforts is
an important part of Mallory Family life.
Ryan has served as an appointed Parks
& Recreation Commissioner in Talent,
Oregon and on the Bellview Elementary School
Technical Committee in Ashland, Oregon.
He is the web site administrator for
The Chad Cota Foundation,
Oregon Stageworks,
Jackson County Library Services, and has helped
many non-profit organizations and schools through
donations and volunteer work. |
